Iraq offers business visas and residency permits linked to company ownership. Foreign shareholders and employees of Iraqi-registered companies can obtain residency permits through their entity. The Kurdistan Region of Iraq has its own visa regime and is generally easier to enter — many nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival for KRI.
