The SIRV provides indefinite residency with multiple entry privileges. The Special Resident Retiree's Visa (SRRV) is available for retirees with qualifying deposits. Foreign employees of Philippine companies require a 9(g) pre-arranged employment visa, which is processed through the Bureau of Immigration with support from the Department of Labour and Employment (DOLE). PEZA-registered companies benefit from facilitated visa processing for foreign officers and employees. There is no dedicated digital nomad visa.
