Oman offers investor residency permits linked to company ownership. Shareholders and directors of Omani-registered companies can obtain employment visas and residency permits through their entity. Oman does not currently have a formal golden visa or digital nomad visa programme, though the government has signalled interest in introducing investor-friendly visa reforms as part of Vision 2040.
